Privacy Policy

infrahats ("we", "us", "our") provides DevOps, SRE, and cloud infrastructure services. This policy explains what information we collect through infrahats.com, why, and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you provide directly. If you book a discovery call, we useCalendly, a third-party scheduling tool, which collects your name, email address, and any details you enter about your project. If you email us at hello@infrahats.com, we receive whatever you include in that message.
  • Information collected automatically. We use Google Ads conversion tracking (via Google's gtag.js) to measure when a visitor clicks through to book a call. This uses cookies or similar technology in your browser and is governed byGoogle's Privacy Policy. We do not currently run separate analytics software beyond this conversion tag.

How we use information

  • To respond to discovery-call bookings and inquiries
  • To understand which marketing channels lead to booked calls, via Google Ads conversion tracking
  • To deliver the infrastructure services you engage us for, if we begin working together

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Scheduling data is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Conversion tracking data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not share the information you send us with any other third party except as needed to deliver a service you've engaged us for, or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver an engagement, and then for a limited period afterward for our own business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@infrahats.com. You can also block conversion tracking cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
